2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, with a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and a robust 90% capacity. Feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m³. With separate filling and dispensing equipment, it boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. The system comprises TS corners, TS chains, feed troughs, drive motors (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a feed hopper (65kg). The system ensures auto-feed delivery, promoting efficiency by evenly and quickly distributing feed, minimizing manual labor, feed wastage, and enhancing chicken rearing quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features two hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick, made from durable hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. It is powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor with a power of 0.75KW, using a robust 5mm steel wire, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.
