2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering an impressive 90% actual capacity. Feeding density measures 0.65 tons/m³, boasting superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. Composed of high-quality TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg), the system ensures efficient, automated feed delivery, minimizing manual intervention, reducing feed waste, and enhancing both production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with dual hoppers crafted from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel, with each hopper boasting a 65 kg capacity, and the top layer can hold up to 70 kg. The system incorporates China's prestigious Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW. The 5mm steel wire ensures a smooth operation speed of 8.67m/min.
