2.Main Feeding System

1. Our silo, made from hot-dip galvanized steel with an impressive zinc thickness of 275g/m2, holds 90% actual capacity and boasts a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m3, offering superior corrosion resistance; 2. Materials feature separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The durable 110mm outer tube with 2mm thickness houses a 90mm auger. 3. Composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), the system achieves single-layer feeding. Experience the ease of automated feed delivery that ensures swift, even distribution, cuts down on manual labor, minimizes feed waste, and enhances chicken rearing efficiency and quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Every layer is equipped with two hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick and made from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a 65 kg capacity, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, offering 0.75KW motor power, combined with a robust 5mm steel wire, it achieves a speed of 8.67m/min.

2. The egg conveyor is crafted from PP woven belt, featuring a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, offering both durability and performance.
