2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a robust zinc coating of 275g/m², boasting an impressive 90% actual capacity. Feeding density is geared at 0.65 tons/m³ with anti-corrosion features. 2. Featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment with a formidable transport capacity of 73 kg/min, it includes a 110mm*2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), it enables single-layer feeding. This automated system promptly and uniformly delivers feed to the designated area, mitigating manual operations and minimizing feed wastage, thereby enhancing chicken rearing production efficiency and quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features two robust hoppers made of 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with capacities of 65 kg and 70 kg for the top layer. Powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor with a power rating of 0.75KW, the system operates with a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min.
