2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is made from robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring durability and anti-corrosion properties. It boasts an impressive 90% actual capacity, with a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. 2. The system integrates separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring a 110mm x 2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. This system automatically delivers feed swiftly and uniformly, reducing manual operation time, minimizing feed waste, and significantly enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer in this system is equipped with two hoppers, meticulously crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds a generous 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates 70 kg. Powered by China's premier Wanxin Motor, delivering 0.75KW of power, the system operates with a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

2. The egg conveyor is ingeniously constructed from PP woven belt, featuring a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, for efficient and gentle egg transport.
3. Ingenious U-shaped egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket design, complete with egg belt tensioning parts and accessories. This system also includes PP Belt and egg Claw for superior handling and transport.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our state-of-the-art automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances indoor air quality and reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility.
Designed for efficiency, the manure belt is expertly cleaned by an automated manure scraper, ensuring a clean and healthy environment.

1. Constructed from 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, with a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a smooth running speed of 3m/min, this system ensures safety and reliability.
Powered by Taiwanese Minquan engine, our system includes robust 1.5kw motors, ensuring unmatched performance and durability.
2. The PP Belt, with its 1mm thickness and 1.13m width, operates at a transport speed of 3m/min, ensuring efficient manure management.
3. The support beam is meticulously crafted from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating, ensuring robust support and stability in production.

The stool tape, powered by a formidable 5mm thick rubber tape, operates with a power of 3kw.
