Featuring a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and robust anti-corrosion properties, this system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with an impressive transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, complemented by a 90mm auger. This sophisticated system is composed of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper with a 65kg capacity. Capable of auto-delivering feed swiftly and evenly, it minimizes manual operation time and feed wastage, enhancing both production efficiency and the quality of the chicken rearing process.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features dual hoppers crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm, offering a generous capacity of 65 kg per hopper, and a top layer capacity of 70 kg. The water front parts comprise a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. Raisetech's water front kit is designed to ensure pristine water quality, vital for high-performing drinking systems. This versatile kit not only supplies and medicates water, but also features a large diameter flushing tube line capable of flushing out sediment, safeguarding the system, and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system not only enhances air quality but also dramatically reduces the ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) within the house. This system includes a manure belt that is efficiently cleaned by a specialized manure scraper to maintain optimal cleanliness.
