2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo material of our feeding system is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity and feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, providing superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. The materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), and allows for single-layer feeding. It automatically delivers feed quickly and evenly to the feeding area, dramatically reducing manual operation time and minimizing feed waste, thus improving production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features two robust hoppers made from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand, Wanxin Motor, with motor power at 0.75KW, utilizing a 5mm steel wire and operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts include essential components such as water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Understanding the critical importance of water quality in drinking systems, our Raisetech water front kit is designed not only for water supply and medicating, but also features a large diameter flushing tube that effectively flushes out sediment, safeguarding the system and significantly cutting down maintenance labor.

5.Egg Collection System

1. The egg collection system includes 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, operating at a swift 3m/min speed, powered by the highly reliable Wanxin Motor, China’s top brand, with a motor power of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from PP woven belt, featuring a thickness of 1.2mm and width of 100mm, offering durability and efficiency.
3. It includes a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning part, along with necessary accessories to ensure flawless operation. The PP Belt is designed for reliability and efficiency in egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The system's manure belt is effortlessly cleaned by a durable manure scraper.
The automatic cleaning helps maintain optimal air quality and reduces the amonia percentage within the poultry house, creating a healthier environment for the chickens.
