2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, constructed from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an actual capacity utilization of 90%. It ensures a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ with excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. With separate filling and dispensing equipment, the system achieves a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. It features an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), allowing for seamless single-layer feeding. This auto-deliver feature rapidly and uniformly distributes feed across the feeding area, minimizing manual intervention and feed wastage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

This innovative system equips each layer with two durable hoppers featuring a 1.2 mm thickness, made from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper has a substantial capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. Equipped with China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, it boasts a motor power of 0.75KW, a robust 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.
