2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo material is crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity. It supports a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and is resistant to corrosion. 2. The system utilizes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The robust outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. It's comprised of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), allowing for single-layer feeding. The system delivers feed rapidly and uniformly, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage while enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers made of 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, each holding 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor (0.75KW), the system operates with a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min.

The Raisetech water front kit not only facilitates water supply and medication but also incorporates a large diameter flushing tube line to clear sediment, safeguarding the system and reducing maintenance labor.

2. The egg conveyor, constructed from durable PP woven belt, measures 1.2mm thick and 100mm wide, ensuring reliable operations.
3. The U-shape egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket are equipped with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories, complemented by a robust PP Belt and Egg Claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our state-of-the-art automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The system efficiently cleans manure belts with a dedicated manure scraper.

1. Constructed with 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, the system runs at 3m/min.
Featuring the high-performance Taiwanese Minquan engine with 1.5KW motors, ensuring robust and reliable power.
