2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo's material is robust hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an actual capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it excels in anti-corrosion. 2. Equipped with separate filling and dispensing equipment, its transport capacity reaches a remarkable 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). It ensures single-layer feeding, swiftly and evenly auto-delivering feed to the feeding area, thereby minimizing manual effort and feed wastage. This enhances production efficiency and elevates the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each with a 1.2 mm thickness, crafted from durable hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper has a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, it features a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts encompass a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. For most drinking systems, water quality is critical. Raisetech's water front kit not only provides efficient water supply and medication but also features a large diameter flushing tube line to cleanse sediment, safeguarding the system and reducing maintenance labor.

1. Side panels made of 2mm hot dip galvanized steel, operating at 3m/min, powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW of power.
2. The egg conveyor utilizes a PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. Features include a U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with egg belt tensioning parts, and accessories like PP Belt and Egg Claw for seamless operation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality, reducing ammonia levels to 3-5ppm. Manure is efficiently cleaned by the manure scraper, ensuring a hygienic environment.
Ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) reduction within the house is achieved. The manure belt's auto-cleaning by the scraper optimizes cleanliness.

Powered by the highly reliable Taiwanese Minquan engine motors with 1.5kw capacity.

3. The supporting beam is constructed from a 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating, providing robust support and longevity.
