1. The silo is constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an impressive 90% actual capacity. The feeding density is 0.65 tons/m³ with excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. Featuring distinct filling and dispensing equipment, it boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm x 2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. This system consists of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), a Feed Hopper (65kg) and achieves single-layer feeding. It facilitates auto-delivery of feed swiftly and consistently to the feeding area, significantly reducing manual operations, curtailing feed wastage, and ultimately elevating the production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is ingeniously designed with two hoppers made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper has a generous capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer holds up to 70 kg. Powered by China's prestigious Wanxin Motor, the motor power is 0.75KW, supported by a robust 5mm steel wire, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

The Water Front Parts comprise an advanced water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. 6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system is designed to significantly improve air quality by reducing the ammonia level (3-5ppm) within the house. The manure belt is efficiently cleansed by a durable manure scraper.
