2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel, has a zinc coating thickness of 275g/m², offering an actual capacity utilization of 90%. It accommodates a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. Materials: The system features separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Outer tube dimensions are 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. Comprised of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). Single-layer feeding is efficiently achieved. The system auto-delivers feed quickly and uniformly to the designated feeding area, minimizing manual operation time and reducing feed wastage, thereby enhancing chicken rearing efficiency and quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer incorporates two hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick, made from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper has a 65 kg capacity, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor, the system operates with a motor power of 0.75KW, utilizing 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring robust performance.
