2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel, boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and a remarkable 90% actual capacity, supporting a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system features distinct equipment for filling and dispensing, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Encased in a durable outer tube of 110mm*2mm and equipped with a 90mm auger, 3. The system integrates TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). It enables single-layer feeding, swiftly and uniformly distributing feed to the designated area, significantly reducing manual labor and minimizing feed wastage, thus enhancing efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System

This advanced system features two robust hoppers per layer, crafted from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. With a generous capacity of 65 kg per hopper, the top layer accommodates 70 kg. Powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min, the system ensures reliable and efficient operation.

2. The egg conveyor is made from premium PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, designed for optimal performance.
3. Featuring a U-shaped egg bracket and an egg belt wheel bracket, complete with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories, the system includes a durable PP Belt and egg Claw for seamless operation.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our state-of-the-art automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality by effectively reducing
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The efficient manure belt, paired with an automatic scraper, ensures thorough cleaning.

1. Featuring side panels of 3mm hot-dip galvanized steel and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a speed of 3m/min.
Equipped with Taiwanese Minquan engines, powered by 1.5kw motors, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
2. The PP Belt, with a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, operates at a transport speed of 3m/min, ensuring efficient manure handling.
