1.CAGE Frame

2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a zinc thickness of 275g/m 2 and an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m3, it is resilient against corrosion. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm x 2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. It comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a robust Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). It efficiently automates feed delivery across the area, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing productivity and chicken rearing quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, made from hot-dip galvanized steel with 1.2 mm thickness. Each hopper holds 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates 70 kg. Equipped with China's leading Wanxin Motor, it features a 0.75KW motor, 5mm steel wire, and operates at 8.67m/min, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

The water front parts feature a complete assembly including water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Water quality is crucial for drinking systems, and the Raisetech water front kit excels in water supply, medicating, and sediment flushing via its large diameter flushing tube, protecting the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

1. Our egg collection system features durable 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the high-performance 04KW motor from China's esteemed Wanxin brand.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed with a PP woven belt, 1.2mm thick and 100mm wide, offering reliability and longevity.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automated manure cleaning system is designed to significantly improve air quality by efficiently reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) inside the house.
The manure belt is expertly cleaned with a manure scraper, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
