2.Main Feeding System

1. Featuring a silo constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275g/m², operating at 90% capacity and a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ for optimum anti-corrosion protection. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and auger is 90mm. 3. Composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, and a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW) alongside a Feed Hopper (65kg). It delivers feed automatically, swiftly, and uniformly to the feeding area, curtailing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and elevating the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper holds 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates 70 kg. Powered by China’s premier Wanxin Motor, with a power output of 0.75KW, the system operates with a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min.

The water front parts encompass the water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Ensuring top-notch water quality is crucial for all drinking systems. Raisetech's water front kit not only supplies and medicates water but also features a large diameter flushing tube line, enabling sediment flushing to protect the system and significantly reduce maintenance labor.

5.Egg Collection System

1. Robust 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels work seamlessly at 3m/min speed, powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor with a 0.4KW output.
2. The egg conveyor is made from durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. Features a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket complete with an egg belt tensioning part, and assorted accessories. Additionally, it includes PP Belt and egg Claws to ensure secure egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Automatic manure cleaning system designed to enhance air quality and minimize ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the environment. The system efficiently cleans the manure belt using a high-performance manure scraper.
This system is pivotal in maintaining a clean and healthy atmosphere by effectively reducing ammonia concentrations and enhancing the overall air condition.
