2.Main Feeding System

1. Crafted from durable hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material boasts an impressive zinc thickness of 275g/m² and operates at 90% actual capacity. It supports a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring robust anti-corrosion properties. 2. Featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment, this system offers a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The 110mm*2mm outer tube and 90mm auger work in concert with components like the TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg) to deliver feed swiftly and uniformly to the feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor and minimizing feed waste. This enhances overall production efficiency and elevates the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers made of 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer supporting 70 kg.
