2. Main Feeding System

1. Our silo is expertly crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a substantial zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an impressive capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers impeccable anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The robust outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). Capable of single-layer feeding, it delivers feed swiftly and evenly to the designated area, drastically curtailing manual operation time and feed waste, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

 

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Engineered for performance, each layer features two robust hoppers made from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a considerable capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates 70 kg. Powered by the acclaimed Wanxin Motor, offering a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.

Our water front parts include essential components such as water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Recognizing the critical importance of water quality in drinking systems, the Raisetech water front kit excels by offering both water supply and medicating capabilities. Additionally, it features a large diameter flushing tube line that effectively clears sediment, safeguarding the system and reducing maintenance efforts.

2. The egg conveyor is made from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.

6. Manure Cleaning System

An advanced automatic manure cleaning system enhances air quality by reducing
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility. The innovative manure belt system is automatically cleaned using manure scrapers, ensuring hygienic conditions.
