The hybrid barn chick transport vehicle is mainly composed of the following systems, which are composed of refrigeration system, heating system, filtration system, loading and unloading system, monitoring system, emergency system, humidification system and environmental control system. 1. Describes the system functions
1.1 Independent air conditioning refrigeration system in summer, according to the interface setting temperature, automatically adjust the temperature in the box, to ensure the appropriate temperature of chicken seedlings transport (22-26ºC).
1.2 In winter, the independent heating system can set the temperature according to the interface and automatically adjust the hot water flow to achieve the purpose of accurately controlling the temperature in the box.
1.3 Ventilation system: Automatically adjust the air intake according to the concentration of carbon dioxide in the car to ensure the comfortable air environment in the car.
1.4 Filtration system: The filter is equipped with a filter net to filter the fluff of chicken seedlings, which needs to be cleaned or replaced in time according to the running time.
1.5 Loading and unloading system: transfer car, hydraulic tail plate, fast loading and unloading of chicken seedling, car body is equipped with car limit baffle to prevent road turbulence.
1.6 Vehicle electric control system: automatic vehicle control.
