2.Main Feeding System

1. Our silo, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasts an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, this design exemplifies anti-corrosion features. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment, delivering a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The robust outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, feed trough, and drive motor (1.5KW/2.2KW) with a feed hopper of 65kg. The auto-delivery feed system ensures quick, even distribution to the feed area, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thus significantly boosting production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features two robust hoppers made from 1.2mm hot-dip galvanized steel. With a capacity of 65 kg per hopper and 70 kg for the top layer, the system is powered by the renowned Chinese brand Wanxin Motor, featuring a motor power of 0.75KW. The durable 5mm steel wire ensures reliability, with a speed of 8.67m/min.

1. The system features 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the esteemed Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. The U shape egg bracket includes an egg belt wheel bracket, equipped with an egg belt tensioning part and accompanying accessories. 4. The PP Belt is complemented by an egg Claw for secure and efficient egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality and reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The manure belt is methodically cleaned by an efficient manure scraper.
