2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and a remarkable 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and anti-corrosive properties, it includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring an outer tube of 110mm x 2mm, an auger of 90mm, the system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This system efficiently auto-delivers feed, quickly and evenly, minimizing manual labor and feed waste, while significantly enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers crafted from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper can hold up to 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Equipped with a motor from China's leading brand, Wanxin Motor, offering 0.75KW of power, the system operates with a 5mm steel wire, ensuring a smooth speed of 8.67m/min.

The water front parts include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Water quality is crucial for optimal performance in drinking systems. The Raisetech water front kit not only ensures efficient water supply and medication capabilities, but its large diameter flushing tube line efficiently flushes sediment, protecting the system and significantly decreasing maintenance labor.

2. The egg conveyor is composed of a PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.

6. Manure Cleaning System

An automatic manure cleaning system that enhances air quality and significantly reduces
the ammonia concentration (3-5ppm) within the facility. The manure belt is skillfully cleaned by a highly efficient manure scraper.
