2. Main Feeding System

1. Our silo is crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering 90% actual capacity and 0.65 tons/m³ feeding density, ensuring robust anti-corrosion properties. 2. Our system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. It comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, and Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), with a Feed Hopper of 65kg. This single-layer feeding system delivers feed swiftly and evenly, reducing manual labor and feed wastage, ultimately boosting production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers made of 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with a capacity of 65 kg per hopper and 70 kg for the top layer. Powered by China's esteemed Wanxin Motor at 0.75KW, using a 5mm steel wire, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

Water front parts include an inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor, ensuring water quality which is crucial for any drinking system.
