2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring robust anti-corrosion properties and an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, this system features separate filling and dispensing equipment, boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, with an auger of 90mm. Composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), this system rapidly and uniformly delivers feed to the designated areas, minimizing manual labor and feed waste, thus enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two sturdy hoppers, 1.2 mm thick, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel. These hoppers hold capacities of 65 kg and 70 kg for the top layer. Powered by China's esteemed Wanxin Motor with 0.75KW power, the system uses 5mm steel wire and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min.
