1. The silo is constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel, with a substantial zinc thickness of 275g/m², achieving an actual capacity utilization of 90%. It supports a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and features exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. The materials include sophisticated filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm in diameter with a 2mm thickness, complemented by a 90mm auger. 3. This efficient system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper, facilitating a single-layer feeding process. It ensures quick and even feed delivery to the designated area, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing operations.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each cage layer incorporates two robust hoppers made of 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with a capacity of 65 kg per hopper, while the top layer boasts a 70 kg capacity. Powered by China's reputable Wanxin Motor, it features a 0.75KW motor, 5mm steel wire, and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring reliable and consistent feed distribution.

5.Egg Collection System

1. Utilizing 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, the system operates at a speed of 3m/min, powered by a 0.4KW motor from the renowned Chinese brand Wanxin Motor, ensuring robust and efficient egg collection.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from durable PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, providing a reliable and steady transport of eggs.
3. Features include a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with a tensioning component, complemented by accessories such as a PP Belt and egg Claw, ensuring a meticulous and smooth egg collection process.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality by reducing ammonia concentration to 3-5ppm within the poultry house. The system efficiently utilizes a manure scraper to automatically cleanse the manure belt.
