1. Our silo, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring an impressive 90% actual capacity. Feeding density is optimized at 0.65 tons/m³. The system features separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The robust outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, while the auger is 90mm. Components include TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This state-of-the-art system enables rapid and even auto-feed delivery, reducing manual labor and minimizing feed waste, all while enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hot-dip galvanized steel hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick. Capacity per hopper is 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.
