2.Main Feeding System

1. Silo material is hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275g/m², boasting an impressive capacity of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and robust anti-corrosion properties, the system's components, including separate filling and dispensing equipment, offer a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm with an auger diameter of 90mm. Comprised of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), the system ensures rapid and uniform feed distribution to the feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor and feed waste while enhancing chicken rearing efficiency.

 

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features two hoppers made from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel, each with a 65 kg capacity, and the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.75KW, the system operates at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.

The Water Front Parts system includes essential components like the water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. Recognizing the vital importance of water quality, Raisetech's water front kit is designed to efficiently supply and medicate water while also flushing out sediment through its large diameter flushing tube line, ensuring system protection and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our Automatic Manure Cleaning System vastly improves air quality by effectively reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house, ensuring a healthier environment. The manure belt is seamlessly cleaned using a high-efficiency manure scraper.

1. The system features 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a speed of 3m/min for safe and effective manure management.
Powered by Taiwanese Minquan engines, the system is driven by 1.5kw motors, offering robust and reliable operation.
2. PP Belt: With a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, the belt transports manure with a speed of 3m/min, ensuring efficient manure handling.
3. Supporting Beam made from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with 275g coating, ensuring strength and durability in production.
