2.Main Feeding System

1. Crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and operates at 90% capacity efficiency. Its feeding density is 0.65 tons/m³, offering superior anti-corrosion benefits. 2. The advanced separate filling and dispensing equipment ensures a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring an outer tube of 110mm x 2mm and an auger of 90mm, the system is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This state-of-the-art design guarantees quick and even auto-feed delivery to the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and feed waste, thereby enhancing production efficiency and elevating the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with dual hoppers crafted from robust 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with a capacity of 65 kg and an enhanced top layer capacity of 70 kg. Powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor with a power output of 0.75KW, the system employs a 5mm steel wire, ensuring a swift speed of 8.67m/min.

1. Built with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the top-rated Wanxin Motor with a power of 0.4KW, ensuring swift and efficient egg collection.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed using a high-quality PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, guaranteeing durability and smooth operation.
3. Features a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning parts, and comes complete with PP Belt and egg Claw attachments for enhanced egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System
