2.Main Feeding System

1. Crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and anti-corrosion properties, it promises durability. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger 90mm. 3. Comprised of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), this system ensures swift and even auto-delivery of feed, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage while optimizing production efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Featuring two robust hoppers per layer, crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, each hopper holds a generous capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer capable of 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor with 0.75KW, and using 5mm steel wire, this system operates at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

Our water front parts encompass a comprehensive kit including water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Understanding the critical importance of water quality for poultry, Raisetech’s water front kit not only provides reliable supply and medication but also features a large diameter flushing tube line to effectively clear sediment, safeguarding the system and reducing maintenance efforts.

5.Egg Collection System

1. Equipped with 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, operating smoothly at a speed of 3m/min, and powered by a 0.4KW motor from the top-tier Chinese brand Wanxin.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed with a durable PP woven belt, measuring 1.2mm in thickness and 100mm in width, ensuring efficiency in egg handling.
3. The U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket, complete with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories, along with the PP Belt and egg Claw, provide comprehensive support for optimal egg collection.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system is designed to significantly enhance air quality and minimize ammonia levels (3-5ppm) inside the house.
This system automatically scrapes the manure belt, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.

1. Featuring robust 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, the system operates at a speed of 3m/min, ensuring safety and reliability.
The system is powered by Taiwanese Minquan 1.5kw motors, renowned for their efficiency and performance.
2. The PP Belt, with a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, efficiently transports manure at a speed of 3m/min.
3. Supported by a 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating, our design ensures durability and longevity in manure management.
4.1 Each room is equipped with a dedicated set, featuring distinct horizontal and bevel distribution, crafted with robust 5mm angle steel. Stool tape: Powered by durable 5mm thick rubber tape with a 3kw capacity. The horizontal conveyor system employs resilient rubber conveyor belts, ensuring no fecal leakage during transportation.
