1. The silo material is made from hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² with an actual capacity efficiency of 90%. Offering a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, this system is staunchly anti-corrosive. 2. The materials involve separate filling and dispensing equipment with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm, it is composed of premium TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). The single-layer feeding system ensures swift, automatic feed delivery directly to the feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage while boosting production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. With a capacity of 65 kg per hopper (70 kg for the top layer), this system employs the leading Chinese brand Wanxin Motor, offering a motor power of 0.75KW. 2. The egg conveyor is constructed from a PP woven belt, offering a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm for reliable egg transport.
3. U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with egg belt tensioning part along with essential accessories including PP belt and egg claw enhance the egg handling system.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is designed to significantly improve air quality by efficiently reducing the ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) within the facility. The manure belt is seamlessly cleaned using an innovative manure scraper, ensuring a pristine environment.
