2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo material is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², yielding an impressive 90% actual capacity. It boasts a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and is highly resistant to corrosion. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm and the auger is 90mm. 3. The system is a sophisticated assembly of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (options include 1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), enabling single-layer feeding. This automated delivery system efficiently distributes feed quickly and evenly, significantly reducing manual labor and minimizing feed wastage, thereby enhancing the overall production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm, made from hot-dip galvanized steel. The capacity stands at 65 kg per hopper, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's prestigious Wanxin Motor, the motor power is 0.75KW, operating with a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min.

5. Egg Collection System

1. The system incorporates 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at 3m/min speed, powered by China’s top-rated Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW of power.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.

6. Manure Cleaning System

An automatic manure cleaning system is implemented to enhance air quality and reduce
