2.Main Feeding System

1. Our silo is crafted from robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275g/m², offering 90% actual capacity. Designed with a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is highly anti-corrosive. 2. Features include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, an outer tube of 110mm*2mm, and a 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper, it ensures swift and even auto-feed delivery, minimizing manual labor and feed waste, thereby enhancing chicken rearing efficiency and quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features two hoppers made of 1.2mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with a 65 kg capacity per hopper, while the top layer holds 70 kg. Utilizing China's premier brand Wanxin Motor with 0.75KW power, a 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Prioritizing water quality, Raisetech's water front kit is adept at both water supply and medicating. It features a large diameter flushing tube line, effectively flushing out sediment, safeguarding the system, and reducing maintenance labor.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our advanced automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality and reduce ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. A high-efficiency manure scraper ensures the manure belt is thoroughly cleaned.
This system effectively reduces ammonia percentage to 3-5ppm, thanks to the efficient cleaning mechanism that utilizes a manure scraper to automatically maintain a hygienic environment.
