2.Main Feeding System

1. Silo material is hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², operating at 90% of its actual capacity. The feeding density is 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring robust anti-corrosion properties. 2. Materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm in diameter and 2mm in thickness, while the auger is 90mm. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This advanced system allows for single-layer feeding, automatically delivering feed quickly and evenly across the feeding area. It decreases manual operation time and minimizes feed waste, thereby enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each 1.2mm thick, made of hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper supports a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. This system integrates China's leading Wanxin Motor, featuring a motor power of 0.75KW, a 5mm steel wire, and an operational speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring efficiency and reliability in feed distribution.

4.Drinking System

1. The drinking system includes essential components such as water front parts, drinking nipples and cups, a hanging system, a regulator, and water end parts, meticulously designed to ensure optimal hydration for poultry.

The water front parts feature a comprehensive array, including a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Understanding that water quality is crucial for effective drinking systems, the Raisetech water front kit not only facilitates water supply and medicating but also includes a large-diameter flushing tube line. This innovative design effectively flushes sediment from the system, safeguarding its integrity and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5.Egg Collection System

1. The egg collection system incorporates 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, operating at a speed of 3m/min. Powered by China's premier Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.4KW, this system is built for performance and reliability.
2. The egg conveyor features a robust PP woven belt, measuring 1.2mm in thickness and 100mm in width, designed for durability and efficient egg transport.
3. Supporting components include a U shape egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning parts, and a PP Belt and egg Claw, collectively ensuring smooth and secure egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. This innovative system uses a manure scraper to ensure the manure belt is impeccably clean, promoting a healthier environment.
