2.Main Feeding System

1. Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and operates at a remarkable 90% actual capacity. Its feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m³, showcasing exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes sophisticated, separate filling and dispensing equipment with a formidable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm, 3. The arrangement comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). 3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Every layer boasts two robust hoppers, each with a 1.2 mm thickness, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel. With a generous capacity of 65 kg per hopper—and an even more substantial 70 kg for the top layer—these hoppers are powered by the esteemed Wanxin Motor, a leading Chinese brand. With motor power of 0.75KW, the system employs a 5mm steel wire and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring efficient feeding operations.

4.Drinking System

1. Key components include water front parts, drinking nipples and cups, a hanging system, a regulator, and water end parts.

The water front parts are expertly designed and encompass a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. Understanding that water quality is paramount, the Raisetech water front kit excels in providing reliable water supply and medication functionality. Moreover, it features a large diameter flushing tube line, adept at removing sediment from the tube. This innovation safeguards the system and reduces labor demands for maintenance work.

5.Egg Collection System

1. The system includes 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, designed to operate at an efficient speed of 3m/min, powered by the elite Wanxin Motor with a power rating of 0.4KW.
2. Crafted from durable PP woven belt, the egg conveyor features a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring reliable and safe egg transport.
3. Equipped with a U shape egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with egg belt tensioning parts, and comprehensive accessory support, including a PP Belt and egg Claw, the system is engineered for optimal performance.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system is designed to significantly improve air quality and reduce
the ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) within the facility. The system operates with a manure scraper that ensures the manure belt is kept impeccably clean.
