2. Main Feeding System

1. Our silo is crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a robust zinc thickness of 275g/m² and boasting a real capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it provides excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. The materials are complemented by separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring an outer tube dimension of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. The system is an integrated assembly of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). Achieving single-layer feeding, it automates feed delivery swiftly and uniformly to the designated feeding areas, significantly minimizing manual intervention and feed wastage, thereby boosting production efficiency and elevating the quality of poultry farming.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two meticulously designed hoppers, each with a 1.2 mm thickness, made from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper accommodates up to 65 kg, while the top layer holds 70 kg. The system is powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor, delivering a motor power of 0.75KW. The 5mm steel wire ensures a reliable speed of 8.67m/min.

The water front kit is a cornerstone of our drinking systems, encompassing essential components such as the water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Recognizing the critical role of water quality, the Raisetech water front kit ensures not only efficient water supply and precise medication but also incorporates a large diameter flushing tube line. 5. Egg Collection System

1. The system utilizes 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the superior motor from China's top brand Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is fabricated from high-quality PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. It features a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning part, complemented with essential accessories, including the PP Belt and egg Claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance the air quality by significantly reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the housing. The system employs a manure scraper for efficient cleaning of the manure belt.
