2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is fabricated from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a generous zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an actual capacity of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is highly anti-corrosive. 2.The system comprises distinct filling and dispensing equipment with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Outer tube dimensions are 110mm x 2mm, and the auger measures 90mm. 3. The system integrates TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), enabling single-layer feeding. It automatically delivers feed swiftly and uniformly to the feeding area, substantially reducing manual labor and minimizing feed wastage, thereby boosting production efficiency and elevating the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers made from hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper generously holds 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg; powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor, delivering 0.75KW. Features a robust 5mm steel wire and a speed of 8.67m/min.

6.Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system is engineered to enhance air quality and minimize ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The system's innovative manure belt is efficiently cleaned with a high-performance manure scraper.
This advanced system ensures a significant reduction in ammonia levels, maintaining a healthy ambiance with an ammonia concentration of just 3-5ppm, while the seamless automatic cleaning mechanism optimizes air quality within the house.
