1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring robust corrosion resistance with a zinc coating of 275g/m² and an impressive 90% actual capacity. Feeding density is optimized at 0.65 tons/m³. 2. The system integrates separate filling and dispensing apparatus, boasting an efficient transport capacity of 73 kg/min. It features an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and a durable auger of 90mm. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). It enables single-layer feeding, allowing for rapid and even feed distribution, drastically reducing manual labor and minimizing feed wastage while boosting rearing efficiency and quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features two robust hoppers made from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. With a capacity of 65 kg, and the top layer supporting up to 70 kg, these hoppers are powered by leading Chinese brand Wanxin Motor, offering a motor power of 0.75KW. The system operates with a sturdy 5mm steel wire, ensuring consistent performance at a speed of 8.67 m/min.

1. The egg collection system features 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, operating efficiently at a speed of 3m/min. It is powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor from China, with a motor power of 0.4KW, ensuring smooth, reliable performance.
2. The egg conveyor is made from high-durability PP woven belt, measuring 1.2mm in thickness and 100mm in width, ensuring gentle and efficient transportation of eggs.
3. The U-shape egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket are equipped with an egg belt tensioning part, along with PP belt and egg claw accessories, ensuring seamless egg handling and collection.
