1. Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material features a zinc thickness of 275g/m², achieving an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers unparalleled anti-corrosion properties. 2. Our dedicated filling and dispensing equipment boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, with an auger size of 90mm. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg), ensuring seamless single-layer feeding. Experience swift, auto-delivered feed distribution that minimizes manual labor and feed waste, while enhancing the efficiency and quality of your chicken rearing operations.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each with a 1.2 mm thickness, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel. These hoppers can hold up to 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's premier brand, Wanxin Motor, these hoppers operate at a motor power of 0.75KW, delivering speed with a 5mm steel wire at 8.67m/min.

2. The egg conveyor is composed of a durable PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. Features include a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket, complete with an egg belt tensioning part and its accessories. Additionally, a PP Belt and egg Claw are included.

6.Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality by significantly reducing
the ammonia concentration (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The system utilizes a manure scraper to effortlessly clean the manure belt.
