2. Main Feeding System

Our silo, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasts an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is engineered for anti-corrosion resilience. Our system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Specifications include: Outer tube dimensions of 110mm x 2mm and an auger of 90mm. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, and a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), paired with a 65kg Feed Hopper. This state-of-the-art feeding system auto-delivers feed swiftly and uniformly across the feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby elevating the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm and constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring durability and longevity. Each hopper accommodates 65 kg, while the top layer has a capacity of 70 kg. Our system is powered by China's prestigious Wanxin Motor, featuring a motor power of 0.75KW, a sturdy 5mm steel wire, and operates at a swift speed of 8.67m/min.

Our Water Front Parts include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Ensuring optimal water quality is crucial for any drinking system. Raisetech's water front kit not only facilitates water supply and medication, but it also features a large diameter flushing tube line that effectively purges sediment, protecting the system and significantly easing maintenance.

5. Egg Collection System

Our egg collection system features 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels that operate at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.4KW.
The egg conveyor is constructed from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
Equipped with a U-shape egg bracket and an egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning component and additional accessories. The PP belt and egg claw are integral to its smooth operation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances the air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the environment. The manure belt is expertly cleaned using a manure scraper, ensuring optimal hygiene.
