2. Main Feeding System

1. Our silo, made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offers a remarkable 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is built to resist corrosion. 2. Equipped with separate filling and dispensing equipment, the system has a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. With an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm, it is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This auto-delivery system quickly and evenly distributes feed to the feeding area, reducing manual labor, minimizing feed waste, and significantly enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two durable hoppers made of 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer can hold up to 70 kg. Our water front components include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. With Raisetech's water front kit, you not only receive reliable water supply and medicating capabilities, but also benefit from a large diameter flushing tube line. This feature efficiently flushes sediment from the system, safeguarding its integrity and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Featuring 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.4KW, this system is designed for seamless egg collection.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed from a PP woven belt, characterized by a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring durability and efficiency.
3. The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning part, and other essential accessories, featuring a robust PP Belt and egg Claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System
