1. Silo material is hot-dip galvanized steel, with a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an impressive 90% actual capacity. The feeding density is 0.65 tons/m³, providing robust anti-corrosion properties. This system features separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Equipped with an outer tube of dimensions 110mm*2mm and auger at 90mm, it consists of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. Achieve single-layer feeding with seamless, automatic delivery, reducing manual labor and feed wastage while boosting your chicken rearing's quality and efficiency.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer includes dual hoppers made from 1.2mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by the renowned Chinese Wanxin Motor, it delivers a motor power of 0.75KW, utilizing 5mm steel wire, and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min. Water front parts include a high-quality water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. With Raisetech's water front kit, you are guaranteed superior water quality. 1. Featuring robust 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at 3m/min speed, powered by China’s leading Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW power. This system is built for reliable performance, streamlining egg collection.
2. Egg conveyor crafted from PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm. This conveyor ensures smooth and efficient egg handling.
3. U-shape egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket come with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories. Additionally, the PP Belt and egg Claw components are expertly designed for optimal egg conveyance.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is engineered to enhance air quality, reducing ammonia levels in the house (3-5ppm).
