1. Crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, our silo material boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² with an actual capacity of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is anti-corrosive. 2. Materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. Comprised of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). Our system delivers feed quickly and evenly, reducing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of poultry farming.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System: Ensures precise and consistent feed allocation.

2. Egg Conveyor constructed from PP woven belt, 1.2mm thick and 100mm wide, guarantees gentle handling of eggs.
3. U-shaped egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket with egg belt tensioning parts and accessories. Designed to optimize the safe transport of eggs.

6. Manure Cleaning System: Automation for a cleaner, healthier environment.

Our automatic manure cleaning system enhances air quality by efficiently managing waste and minimizing ammonia levels in the house.
The system maintains ammonia at 3-5ppm within the house. The manure belt is thoroughly cleaned by an automated manure scraper, ensuring optimal cleanliness.
