With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers resilient anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system comprises separate filling and dispensing equipment, boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. The system is an intricate assembly of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a robust Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a capacious Feed Hopper (65kg). Achieve single-layer feeding effortlessly. 3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each tier boasts two hoppers, crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds an impressive capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. Powered by China's prestigious Wanxin Motor, the system features a motor power of 0.75KW, a robust 5mm steel wire, and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min.

The water front parts include a high-quality water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. In any drinking system, water quality is paramount. Our Raisetech water front kit excels not only in water supply and medication but also in its ability to flush sediment from the tube. This is achieved through a large diameter flushing tube line, safeguarding the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Featuring robust 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, the system operates seamlessly at a speed of 3m/min, powered by a top-tier Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is meticulously constructed from PP woven belt material, with a substantial thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring unparalleled performance.
3. The system also includes a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket, complete with an egg belt tensioning part and other essential accessories, as well as a PP Belt and egg Claw for optimal functionality.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our cutting-edge automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances the air quality, effectively reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility. The mechanism employs an efficient manure scraper to ensure the belt remains flawlessly clean.
The innovative system ensures the ammonia percentage within the house remains optimally low (3-5ppm). The manure belt undergoes thorough cleaning with a manure scraper, ensuring a pristine environment.
