2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from durable hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², providing 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers robust anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm by 2mm, with an auger diameter of 90mm. 3. Components: TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). The system enables single-layer feeding, ensuring rapid and uniform feed distribution, minimizing manual labor, and reducing feed waste, significantly boosting the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers made of 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper accommodates 65 kg, with the top layer holding 70 kg. Powered by China's esteemed Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW, featuring a 5mm steel wire and a speed of 8.67m/min.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality and minimize ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The manure belt is efficiently cleaned by a manure scraper.
