3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Developed with precise engineering, each layer features two resilient hoppers, 1.2 mm thick, constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel. With capacities of 65 kg per hopper and 70 kg on the top layer, coupled with China's esteemed Wanxin Motor (0.75KW), 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min, this system epitomizes efficiency.

1. Featuring 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor with a power of 0.4KW, this system ensures efficient and smooth egg handling.
2. The egg conveyor, composed of durable PP woven belt with a 1.2mm thickness and 100mm width, is tailored for seamless egg transportation.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automated manure cleaning system revolutionizes air quality enhancement and effectively reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The system is equipped with a manure scraper for automatic cleaning.
