2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², features a 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. Featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. 3. The system is comprised of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This innovative system delivers feed automatically, swiftly, and evenly across the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Equipped on each layer, our hoppers are crafted from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel, each with a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer holding up to 70 kg. Powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor, with 0.75KW power and 5mm steel wire, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min, this system ensures efficient feeding.
