2.Main Feeding System

1. Constructed with precision, the silo is made from hot-dip galvanized steel with an impressive zinc coating of 275g/m². It holds up to 90% of its actual capacity, with a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, offering robust anti-corrosion protection. 2.The system features separate filling and dispensing equipment that supports a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, with a durable 90mm auger. 3.Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg), this system enables single-layer feeding. It ensures swift and even feed delivery, reducing manual labor and feed waste, thereby enhancing production efficiency and the overall quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

This system includes two hoppers per layer, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper can hold 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Empowered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor, the system operates with 0.75KW motor power, utilizing 5mm steel wire and achieving speeds of 8.67m/min.
