2.Main Feeding System

1. Constructed with premium hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and a capacity utilization of 90%. It supports a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ with anti-corrosion properties. 2. Equipped with distinct filling and dispensing equipment, it has a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. This system consists of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), ensuring swift and even auto-feed delivery. This minimizes manual effort, curbs feed wastage, and enhances the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers made from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with each holding a capacity of 65 kg, and the top layer rated at 70 kg. Powered by the esteemed Wanxin Motor, it features a 0.75KW motor that drives a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min.

5.Egg Collection System

1. The system features 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels that operate efficiently at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor with a 0.4KW motor.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from a durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring reliable operation.
3. The system includes a U-shape egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning parts, and accessories, complete with a PP Belt and egg Claw for optimal function.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system dramatically enhances air quality while reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility. The efficient manure belt is meticulously cleaned by a reliable manure scraper.
Improving conditions inside the house, this system maintains optimal air quality with its effective removal of ammonia.
