2.Main Feeding System

1. Silo material is engineered with hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a zinc layer of 275g/m² and an actual capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it stands out for its anti-corrosive properties. 2.Separate filling and dispensing equipment boasts a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Its robust outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, complemented by a 90mm auger. 3. This system integrates the TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). It efficiently delivers feed swiftly and evenly, significantly reducing manual labor and minimizing feed waste, thereby elevating both production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer of the system is equipped with two robust hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm, constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel. These hoppers boast a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's esteemed Wanxin Motor, the system's motor delivers 0.75KW of power, supported by a 5mm steel wire operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

1. Featuring 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, this system operates at an efficient speed of 3m/min, powered by China’s renowned Wanxin Motor with a robust motor power of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from a durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring seamless egg transport.
3. The system includes a U-shape egg bracket and a meticulously designed egg belt wheel bracket, featuring egg belt tensioning parts with essential accessories. The PP Belt and egg Claw work in harmony for optimal egg collection.

6.Manure Cleaning System

An automatic manure cleaning system that's engineered to enhance air quality by efficiently reducing ammonia levels to an ideal 3-5ppm in the house.
The manure belt is seamlessly maintained by an automatic manure scraper, ensuring cleanliness and optimal air conditions.

Powered by Taiwanese Minquan 1.5kw motors, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
