Feeding density is optimized at 0.65 tons/m³. 2. Includes dedicated filling and dispensing equipment with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Outer tubing is sized at 110mm*2mm, housing a 90mm auger. 3. The system includes TS Corners, TS Chains, Feed Troughs, a Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. Our auto-feed system ensures rapid and even feed distribution, minimizing manual effort and feed wastage, thereby elevating production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers made of 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, each holding up to 65 kg, with the top layer boasting a 70 kg capacity. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, these hoppers feature a 0.75KW motor, 5mm steel wire, and operate at a speed of 8.67m/min.

1. Our egg collection system utilizes 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels operating at 3m/min, powered by the premium Wanxin Motor from China, with a motor power of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor features a durable PP woven belt, 1.2mm thick and 100mm wide, ensuring efficient transport.
3. The U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket, complete with egg belt tensioning parts and essential accessories. Includes PP Belt and Egg Claw for enhanced collection performance.

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly improves air quality by reducing ammonia levels to 3-5ppm. The system's efficient manure belt cleaning is facilitated by an automatic manure scraper.
