2. Main Feeding System

1. Silo material is constructed from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an actual capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, the system is highly anti-corrosive. 2. Materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube is 110mm*2mm, and the auger measures 90mm. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). Single layer feeding can be seamlessly achieved, allowing for automatic, swift, and even feed distribution to the feeding area. This significantly reduces manual labor and feed waste, thereby enhancing production efficiency and optimizing the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers made from durable hot-dip galvanized steel, with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper has a substantial capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates up to 70 kg. The system is powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, featuring motor power of 0.75KW, a 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.

4. Drinking System

The system includes comprehensive components: 1. water front parts, 2. drinking nipples and cups, 3. hanging system, 4. regulator, and 5. water end parts.
