2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo, constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasts a 90% actual capacity and a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring anti-corrosion and durability. 2. Featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, and an outer tube sized 110mm*2mm with an auger measuring 90mm. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), the system achieves single-layer feeding with rapid and even automatic feed delivery, significantly reducing manual labor and minimizing feed waste, thereby enhancing the production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

 

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features two hoppers with a 1.2mm thickness, made from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds a capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer can hold 70 kg. Utilizing China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, the motor power is at 0.75KW, with a 5mm steel wire and a speed of 8.67m/min for efficient operation.

2. The egg conveyor is constructed from a PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, designed for durability and optimal egg transportation.
